Personal Relationship Coaching simply means working on the relationship you have with yourself and improving that. I help you to find out what happiness means to you and what you need in order to have that. Using a method I have developed, you can quickly and effectively change the way you live now into the life you have always wanted to live but didn’t know how to.
I have a great work space for face to face work in Frome, but I also work on the phone, on Skype and by email. I work globally and am happy to accommodate different time zones. In today’s modern fast paced, media and social media driven world, our own needs can get lost and the external becomes the important goal. I spent many years qualifying in different psychology models to further understand people and what can be done to help them. In that process I learned a great deal about myself and understanding of the things I have experienced and heal from personal traumas. Logosynthesis, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Time Based Therapy are some of the psychological ‘tools’ that I may refer to, appropriately, in any given situation to enable you to move forward from yours.
Carlson Model Of Responsibility
I developed the Carlson Model Of Responsibility many years ago to cope with my own life situations. It demonstrates how to take your own responsibility and gives other’s theirs back. Easily used on a daily basis it can allow you to remove toxic drama from your life and understand what you need to do to create a less stressful life. With practice it changes how you view almost every situation in life and helps you free up energy and transform potential conflict into resolution. Using a simple graphic and instructions on how to use it, I use the Carlson Model of Responsibility as the foundation for all the work I do with a client. It demonstrates a simple, yet effective tool to change how you see yourself in the world.
Core principles of Personal Relationship Coaching
Coaching is not a simple, easy option. It requires commitment from the me the coach and you, the client, to help you achieve your goals. My clients are viewed as coming to each session with me as creative, resourceful and whole individuals. You have your answers within you, it is my job to help find them, to help you express them and to learn what you need from them to change your future.
If plans, goals and dreams are not accompanied by concrete actions they are worthless. I will work with you to lay out an overall Goal & Action Plan at the beginning of the coaching relationship along with creating specific Action Steps at the end of every coaching session.

I believe that happiness is not achieved by being rich, famous or powerful, but by living in accordance with one’s core values. Coaching can be used to clarify your core values and learn how to live your life in harmony with them
